Acceptance of documents for the art prize has started in Mukachevo

On October 1, acceptance of documents for the 2020 Oleksandr Dukhnovich City Prize began in Mukachevo. 
Acceptance of documents for the 2020 Mukachevo Oleksandr Dukhnovich City Prize will run from October 1 through November 30, 2019. This is stated in the decision of the 62nd session of the 7th convocation of the Mukachevo City Council “On Approval of the Regulation on the Mukachevo Oleksandr Dukhnovich City Prize (new version)” of September 26, 2019 No. 1513.  The total fund of the prize is 240,000.00 hryvnias, including the main award of the prize – the Grand Prix in the amount of 90,000.00 hryvnias. 
The monetary part of the prize, if there is a winner of the Grand Prix, is 30,000.00 (thirty thousand) hryvnias in each nomination separately. And if the Grand Prix winner is not determined, the prize money in each nomination is 40,000.00 (forty thousand) hryvnias. 
The prize is awarded annually, in six nominations: "Fiction", "Pedagogical activity" "Literary Studies and Publicism", "Musical and Performing Arts", "Fine and Applied Arts", "Theater Arts" 
Those who wish to compete for the Prize must submit relevant documents to the Culture Department of the Executive Committee of the Mukachevo City Council at: 89600, Mukachevo city, Dukhnovich Sq., 2 office No. 71 in duplicate, and the nominated work in four copies.After the competition, one copy of the document and one copy of the nominated work remain with the Culture Department of the Executive Committee of the Mukachevo City Council for the archive.   
Candidates for the Prize can be nominated by: creative unions, public organizations and associations; labor collectives; schools; publishing houses, newspapers and magazines. Source.
