Uzhgorod to receive 28 million hryvnias for the overhaul of the gymnasium pool and Gagarin Street – Robert Horvat

The funds will come to finance projects from the State Regional Development Fund.

This was announced on Wednesday, September 18 by People’s Deputy of Ukraine Robert Horvat.

"Great news for Uzhgorod, friends. The regional center will receive from the State Regional Development Fund more than UAH 28 million for city projects implementation. This decision was made by the selection committee at the Ministry of Regional Development on Tuesday evening. I am glad that our region managed to prove the feasibilty of these projects and they will be financed at the expense of the Fund,” – the MP said.

According to Robert Horvat, more than 8 million hryvnias will be allocated for the overhaul of the classical gymnasium pool on 8 Bereznya street. 20 million will be allocated for the repair of Gagarin Street.

According to Robert Horvat, a number of projects in Uzhgorod district and Chop will also be financed by the SRDF:

“In particular, the construction of a school in the village of Chervone will be commenced, the construction of a sports complex in the village of Nevytske, the construction of a water supply and sewerage system in Baranyntsi and Chop. Great results of the selection for Transcarpathia. We’ll keep on working!"
