Starting today, September 5, the Transcarpathian Customs will be headed by Hrynchuk Serhiy in the status of acting chief for a term of 1 month. From 03.11.2017, the official was performing the duties of the head of Zhytomyr Customs.
Recall that Stanislav Baluev has been the head of the Transcarpathian Customs since October 2016.
“Transcarpathian Customs now has two acting heads. The administration has temporarily appointed Serhiy Hrynchuk as the head of the Customs, but at the same time the current head of the Customs Stanislav Baluev is still in the office. According to the papers, he has not been dismissed or transferred anywhere. A somewhat comical situation has emerged: the new head and the old one are now in the office. The customs administration from the capital made a mistake and now there are two kings for one throne),” – Vitaliy Glagola added.
Vitaliy Glagola in his telegram-channel published an official document on the appointment of Hrynchuk as the acting head of the Transcarpathian Customs.
