A little red Pekingese poked his head into the fence of a neighbouring house and could not get out of it.
Khust rescuers came to rescue the dog. It only took them a few minutes to free the captive.
The Office of the SES of Transcarpathia informed that the owners of the house agreed to have their fence cut in order to free the dog.
