The Transcarpathian Police held a beach volleyball tournament
Today, on August 20, a beach volleyball tournament among the teams of Transcarpathian police units was held in Uzhgorod at the Avangard Stadium. 12 teams from all over the region competed for the trophy (two players in each team).
The referees of the competition were masters of sports Oleksandr Dergunov and Mykhailo Skukis.
The teams of the Main Office of the National Police in the Transcarpathian Region, the Transcarpathian Patrol Police Department, the Uzhgorod Police Department and the KORD Special Forces reached the semi-finals.
The team of the regional patrol police (Andriy Daskalyuk and Vitaliy Nemets) won gold medals, having defeated the team of the National Police (Victor Sychev and Mykhailo Merenych) in the final. In the match for the third place, the team of Uzhgorod Police Department (Timur Buletsa, Oleg Medvid) defeated the team of KORD special forces.
The awards were presented to the winners of the tournament by the head of the Human Resources Department of the Main Office of the National Police in Transcarpathian region, Oleksandr Bodnarchuk.
