The head of the Juvenile Prevention Sector of the Transcarpathian Regional Police Andriy Kurta met with children at the Mortimer English summer camp.
Officers of the juvenile prevention sector of the Transcarpathian police are carrying out a number of activities aimed at ensuring the compliance with safety rules by Transcarpathian childern during the summer holidays. The purpose of these activities is to remind children about safety rules on the road, during recreation, in wooded areas and bodies of water.
The other day, officers of the juvenile prevention sector conducted meeting on "Who I Want to Be When I Grow Up" in the Mortimer English summer camp. The head of the Juvenile Prevention Sector, Lieutenant Colonel Andriy Kurta, talked with young listeners on the subject.
According to the Communication Department of the Transcarpathian Police, the boys and girls were eagerly sharing their desires on the choice of future profession. Andriy Kurta also told about the role of the police in the protection of children. He stressed that the profession of law enforcement officer is very interesting and requires a lot of effort.
