Prices for biometric documents will rise

From July 1, the prices for biometric documents will increase. According to the decision of the government, the cost of administrative services and forms for passports will increase by almost a quarter.

 For issuance of an ID-card within the usual term (20 working days), you will have to pay UAH 345; for urgent issuance (up to 10 working days) – UAH 471.

  Issuance of a travel passport within the usual term as of July 1 will cost UAH 682, and in urgent term (7 working days) – UAH 1034.

For foreign citizens, the cost of a biometric certificate for temporary residence will cost 517 hryvnias, a permanent residence permit – 643 hryvnias.

Citizens who paid the invoices at the old price, but were unable to submit documents by June 30, should not worry. Such persons can make an additional payment for an administrative service after July 1.  

Since the beginning of the year, almost 110,000 biometric documents have been issued by the Migration Service of Transcarpathia, the press service of the Main Office of the State Migration Service of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region informs.
