In Uzhgorod, a cruel man is abusing a dog in the middle of the street (PHOTOS)

Facebook user Julia Stanko reported about animal abuse. The girl says that since morning, an unknown man has been hitting his dog in the yard, and calls it training.  
 
Great morning I’m having… 
I called the police because some bastard was beating a dog with a stick (I saw it from the balcony)! He calls it training, at 05:00 am for Christ sake! 
I wonder if they will come, I’m waiting… – the post reads. 
 
As it became known, the police arrived. The police had a conversation with the man, the dog was left with the owner. 
 
Recall that in Ukraine there is a law on toughening the criminal liability for animal abuse (the Verkhovna Rada passed the law No. 5119-1 on June 22, 2017, and on August 4 it entered into force). The law provides for fairly high fines – from 3500 to 8500 UAH and even imprisonment up to 8 years for especially cruel abuse.
