The Security Service of Ukraine reported the details of the detention of an assistant professor in Transcarpathian region

"The prices of the offender’s "services" ranged from two and a half to four and a half thousand hryvnias. Law enforcers arrested the assistant professor according to Art. 208 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine when he was receiving bribe in the amount of four thousand five hundred hryvnias", – the statement reads.

The detainee will be indicted for committing an offense under Part 3 of Art. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Investigative activities are continuing.

It was also noted that the arrest was conducted under the procedural control of the prosecutor’s office.
