Tomorrow, Uzhgorod children will study “Birds of my city” in the local history museum (ANNOUNCEMENT)

Tomorrow, Transcarpathian Regional Local History Museum will become the platform for young ornithologists.

The gate of the museum will open for the lovers of nature at 15:30.  Every year, on the Day of Birds, scientists of the nature sector of the Transcarpathian Regional Local Histroy Museum, together with the teachers of the Transcarpathian Regional Ecological and Naturalistic Center, organize scientific and educational events for the youth at the museum.

Reference: Every year on the first day of the second spring month; the International Bird Day is celebrated in many countries of the world. On April 1, 1906, an International Convention for the Protection of Birds was signed. Its main goal is to draw the attention to the problem of the preservation of birds. In nature, everything is interconnected, and birds play their part in it. They take part in food chains, spread seeds of plants and trees, adorn our lives.
