Uzhgorod athletes won gold medals at the national championship “AIR DREAM 2019”

380 athletes from different regions of Ukraine took part in the Open National Pole Sports and Dance Championship "AIR DREAM 2019" in Kyiv. Uzhgorod was represented in the "amateur" and "professional" categories by the students of the pole dance studio "Bri Studio". Alina Babyak from Uzghorod won gold medal for a solo performance in the "pro-elite" category 6-9 years old.  The duo Alina Babyak and Victoria Shlyakhta won another gold medal.  Idiya Agatova won gold medal in the category "Elite Juniors".  Idiya Agatova and Katerina Nikroshchuk won gold medals for duet performance in the "Duets elite" category.
 – The golden medals of Uzhgorod athletes is a reward for grace and strength, for the thirst for victory and patience – coach Brigitta Prokop said. – "Pole Dance" is a sport that is at the same level as bodybuilding and fitness.  It combines acrobatics, calisthenics, and gymnastics.
