Transcarpathian businessman will have to pay a fine of one and a half million hryvnias for poor-quality gasoline

During the scheduled inspection on compliance with the requirements of consumer protection legislation at one of the business entities selling petroleum products in Transcarpathian region, samples were taken for independent examination. 

     The results of the examinations turned out to be disappointing: A-95 – Euro 5 E5 gasoline and Class C diesel fuel did not meet the requirements of normative and legal acts concerning safety of life, health and property of consumers and the environment.

     Therefore, the Main Directorate of the State Service for Consumer Protection in Transcarpathian region imposed on the business entity a fine in the amount of UAH 1,500,965.5 for the sale of poor quality petroleum products
