Almost 100 thousand hryvnias in alimony has been recovered from a Transcarpathian

The debtor was temporarily deprived of the right to go abroad, drive, use hunting, pneumatic and melee weapons

This was informed by the press service of the Main Territorial Department of Justice in Transcarpathian region.

Mukachevo District Local Court ruled to recover from the debtor alimony in the amount of 1/3 of any and all earnings per month for raising two children until they are of age. The man had been evading the court ruling, therefore, as of February 1, the arrears in alimony increased to UAH 99,088.

Temporary restrictions on the right to travel abroad, drive, use hunting, pneumatic and melee weapons were imposed on the debtor. However, already on February 8, the man paid to the deposit account the full amount of debt on alimony.
