Pancakes and entertainment: the second day of the 10th three-day festival "Uzhgorod Palachinta" has begun in the Bozdosh Park.
This year, there are more than 60 participants, and a special locomotive on wheels is running from Teatralna Square to the venue of the fest in the Bozdosh Park.
