Today, in the center of the city, in front of the Alpinarium, I saw a really sad and outrageous thing.

Not a single tree is left between the post office and the new building, in which the Ukreximbank – Confectionery house Bondarenko is located… And just a few days ago, there were about a dozen, though small, but green trees along the sidewalk. Which were cut down just like that, within a day.

Google’s panorama preseved the view of this place in 2015, when the trees were still obscured with billboards, but at least they were there!

Later, I think, in January 2017, the ads were dismantled…

 …and since then the square has been looking quite attractive.

But today, it looks sad…

Now, the shabby inner walls of the post office are well visible.

By the way, on the other side, the view is not very attractive too…
