The temperature on the mountain passes: Latirsky (0 °), Abransky (+1 °), Yablunetsky (-4 °), Uzhotsky (-1 °), Torunsky (0 °). Pavement on the roads of national, regional and local levels is wet, sometimes covered with snow, traffic is free.
