The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine decided to allow registration of marriage from 8:00 to 24:00 on February 14, the Valentine’s Day.

Thus, couples, who have applied for registration of marriage on that day, can do it even at night. 

Registration of marriage at night will be possible in three cities of Transcarpathia – Uzhgorod, Mukachevo and Vynogradiv.
