Uzhgorod residents have long been admiring swans on the Uzh. The majestic birds always attract attention, people photograph, feed them, and for some media outlets they become a source of inspiration.
However, today, in the evening, Uzhgorod residents saw an unusual occurence: a white swan landed on Petofi Square, namely, on its part which is under reconstruction, and for a long time was strolling among piles of debris.
Confused dogs tried to scare it off by barking, but the bird just ignored it. It is possible that the bird was sick and either could not fly and leave the noisy place, or was asking people for help. Some of the passers-by tried to get closer to see if the swan was injured or to drive it to the river. But the bird would not let anyone to get close.
I hope that the swan will be fine…
