Law enforcers arrested four residents of Mukachevo. Investigators searched the detainees’ places of residence and found evidence of their involvement in the manufacture and distribution of narcotic drugs on the territory of the region.
In particular, they found powdered substances and substances of plant origin, which may be narcotic drugs. The police also seized three pistols, three knives, a wooden bat, devices for weighing drugs, over 60 thousand hryvnias and a car.
The detainees are charged with involvement in the commission of crimes under Part 2 of Art. 307 (sales of narcotic drugs) and Part 1 of Art. 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (firearms storage). The choice of pre-trial restraint is being decided.
