In Transcarpathia, the issue of the cars with foreign registration was discussed with the People’s Deputies

On Wednesday, November 28, the head of Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Hennadiy Moskal served as the moderator at the meeting of the owners of cars with foreign registration and people’s deputies of Ukraine from Transcarpathia. Out of eleven deputies, only three – Robert Horvat, Valeriy Lunchenko and Vasyl Petyovka – accepted the invitation. They listened to the complaints of six dozen Transcarpathian car owners in the column hall of the Regional State Administration.
After prolonged and intense negotiations, the participants have come to the common opinion that, firstly, the adopted law is imperfect, and, secondly, it should be amended, as soon as possible.
Therefore, it was decided that H.Moskal would send an appeal to the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko with a request to initiate consideration of the urgent bill developed on the basis of the bill by People’s Deputy Yu.Derevyanko, amending the law on the legalization of cars with foreign registration currently in force. The prompt adoption of this bill by the majority of the Verkhovna Rada will allow to remove legal contradictions. The three present MPs and the car owners agreed to get other people’s deputies of Ukraine involved in support of the bill.
