“Decentralization in Transcarpathia: hoping without hope” is theme of tomorrow’s round table

On November 21, 2018, at 14:00, a round table on "Decentralization in Transcarpathia: hoping without hope" will take place in the conference hall of the Transcarpathian Center for the Development of Local Self-Government. Its participants will discuss the current state of affairs about the reform of local self-government in Ukraine and the region in particular. Further possible scenarios for its development, factors that impede decentralization or may accelerate its implementation; challenges for local communities and the region and ways to make up for the lost opportunities for growth and development will also be considered.
