A medical portal has been launched in Uzhgorod

This is the first stage of the formation of a unified medical information system in Uzhgorod, already integrated with the nationwide eHealth system.

All city medical institutions, as well as pharmacies, laboratories, private medical clinics, insurance companies will be connected to the medical portal of Uzhgorod.

At the moment, information on the possibilities and activities of the primary care unit – family medicine – is being added to the medical portal. You can already get information about the number of people, who have signed the declaration on the choice of a doctor, learn the dynamics of declarations registration, see which of the family doctors are leaders in terms of the number of registered patients. You can also learn about the structure of the diagnoses, the number of people having, for example, about cardiovascular problems, runny nose, infectious diseases, etc., number of patients of certain age and many other things, the press service of the City Council informs.

Information, first of all, the statistical indicators presented on the portal, can be conveniently use to analyze the situation in the city and making managerial decisions.

Later, the information on the parameters and the situation in inpatient medical institutions (II level of care) will be available on the medical portal, and the nurse offices of schools and kindergartens of Uzhgorod will be connected to it. There, you will be able to make a doctor’s appointment, find out what medications are available at inpatient institutions, and so on.

The medical portal of our city will be dynamically developing to provide new online services and accumulate information on the parameters of the health sector.
