The most expensive vegetables are in Transcarpathia

The most expensive vegetable basket in Ukraine is in Transcarpathia.

This was announced by the director at the Ukrainian Association of Retail Chain suppliers Oleksiy Doroshenko on facebook.

He noted that as of September 2018, the most expensive vegetable basket is in Transcarpathian region – 49.2 UAH, while the cheapest one is in Poltava region – 36.1 UAH.

"The five most expensive regions are as follows: Transcarpathian – 49.2 UAH, Donetsk – 46.1 UAH, Odesa – 45.2 UAH, Ivano-Frankivsk – 43.3 UAH and Kyiv – 43.1 UAH", – Doroshenko wrote.
