The problem is not new, and people have already got used to it.

Uzhgorod residents know that while walking down the streets of the city they need to look down, because you can get injured in many spots.

Although, recently some anti-vandal manhole covers have appeared in the city, but there are still many old covers and they attract thieves.

However, utilities have decided to solve the problem in a quite original way. Instead of new covers, they started installing their own innovations – crosses.

But, of course, such methods of covering manholes are unreliable, ugly, and even ridiculous.
