Within two days, the "Nova Poshta" resumed its operations in Transcarpathia after the fire at the terminal and in the Office # 1 in Mukachevo.
On Friday night, there was a fire at the terminal "Nova Poshta" in Mukachevo, despite all the necessary fire-fighting equipment and the compliance with all the fire requirements. Fortunately, no one was injured, and the clients, whose shipments were damaged, will receive compensation. The pay-outs have already begun.
Today, the "Nova Poshta" in Mukachevo resumes its operations. Thanks to the coordinated work of the team, temporary premises for the terminal were found, delivery schedules were adjusted so that customers from Transcarpathia receive parcels faster, the work on the restoration of the Office # 1 has begun – a new office will be opened, which will be one of the best in the country. "I am very grateful to the team from Transcarpathia, which immediately came at the scene, and the team from Kyiv, which joined the colleagues from Mukachevo as quickly as they could – together they did their best to reduce the inconveniences for the clients. I express my thanks to our partners – landlords, who were affected by this disaster along with us. They quickly provided a temporary space for the terminal, while restoration works are being carried out," – Volodymyr Poreshnyuk, the co-founder of the "Nova Poshta" said. Now, the parcels can be sent and received via a temporary terminal, while the restoration work is underway. The company will do its best to avoid any inconveniences for the customers, – the "Nova Poshta" promised.
