Tasty… Space. Our pride – Valentin Shtefanyo – has created a new dessert. "Extraterrestrial".
The dessert is called "Espas" ("Space") and is the third novelty in the repertoire of the confectioner in the summer of 2018, the Transcarpathian foodblog "Se-se Ai" informs.
Ingredients: mousse praline, mango-maracuja-orange peel balls, crispy pancake core, milk chocolate praline, salty biscuit, glaze with milk chocolate and almonds, and orange chocolate on top.
