Today, in Kosice, there was the first working meeting and the signing of an agreement between the agencies on the implementation of the project, which is financed by the SlovakAid Fund, PR department of Uzhgorod City Council informs.
Under the project, 12 employees from different structural subdivisions of the Uzhgorod City Council will learn how to interact and have dialogue with the public. At the same time, an assessment of the activities of 10 selected Uzhgorod City Council subdivisions will be made in order to analyze the current state of public relations with the aim of developing measures to be taken on the ground.
In addition, under the guidance of a team of Ukrainian and Slovak experts with the active involvement of the participants, they will develop and implement a communication strategy.
Thanks to trainings in Slovakia, the participants will also learn about the experience of Slovakia in this area, visit local authorities, and study various projects of joint development of cities. The teachers are experts from Slovakia, and experts from Ukraine will also be involved.
A micro-grant scheme will be prepared and implemented in order to share the experience of grant project implementation. 3 micro-projects for up to 3,000 euros per project will be supported. The successful projects will be presented at the final conference.
