Why there are no drugs for peritoneal dialysis in Transcarpathian medical institutions (DOCUMENTS)

Hennadiy Moskal appealed to the Prime Minister of Ukraine with a request to appoint an official investigation and find out the causes of the critical shortage of medications for peritoneal dialysis in Transcarpathia. "I know that the same situation with these medicines has arisen in some other regions of Ukraine, but their leaders prefer not to publicize the problem and keep silent,Hennadiy Moskal says. – We are not going to keep silence, because the lives of 18 seriously ill people are on the line. Therefore, I’m asking the Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman to conduct an official investigation into these matter. The most outrageous thing is that, instead of immediately solving the problem, the Ministry of Health resorted to manipulations and outright lies, arguing that Transarpathia is fully provided with the medicines.   I’m asking the Prime Minister of Ukraine to pay attention to the fact that similar situation with shortage of medicines, vaccines, serums, etc. occur in Transcarpathia several times a year, and if it were not for the friendly assistance of neighboring countries (first of all Hungary), I can’t even imagine what would have happened."
