Rumors have been confirmed. Moskal’s press secretary has officially become his deputy

The rumours, that have been circulating in the walls of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration and among journalists, have been confirmed.

Moskal’s press secretary Halas has become the new deputy head of the Regional State Administration.

Hennadiy Moskal signed the order to appoint Yaroslav Halas as the deputy head of the Regional State Administration. The new deputy head will supervise the humanitarian unit, – the Regional State Administration report.

Reference: Yaroslav Halas was born in 1971 in the city of Irshava, Transcarpathian region. In 1988 he graduated from the Uzhgorod Mathematics Boarding School, and in 1993 – the Faculty of Philology of the Uzhgorod State University. Candidate of philological sciences in Ukrainian language. For a long time, he worked as a correspondent for national publications for Transcarpathian region. From October 2014 to July 2015, he worked as the director of the Communications Department of Luhansk Regional Military and Civil Administration. From August 2015 until this appointment, he was heading the Department of Information and Public Relations of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration. Married, has two sons.
