Public hearings on detailed plans of two more territories of Uzhgorod have taken place

The development of detailed plans of Uzhgorod territories continues. In particular, in the session hall of the City Council, they considered plans for 2 more territories: 

– bounded by Alexander Griboedov, Sobranetska, Verkhovynska and Raiduzhna streets;

– bounded by Lehotsky, Bohomolets, 8 Bereznya streets and the city limits.

The project was presented by the developers Oleksandr Sheba and Oleksandra Vdovina. On the territory of Lehotsky, Bohomolets, 8 Bereznya streets, it is planned to create a recreation area near the lake, as well as parking lots for cars along the streets and in the middle of the future residential quarter.

They noted that in one of the territories, at the request of the owner of the land plot, its intended purpose had been changed, and no other proposals and additions had been received. There were no comments from those present at public hearings today, both detailed plans were voted to be submitted for approval of the session of Uzhgorod City Council.
