The training of reservists of Vynogradiv district territorial defense battalion took place in Transcarpathia. About one hundred soldiers arrived for military training.
A lot of the training time was devoted to field training, fire safety, weapons handling, first aid, communication. The instructors paid special attention to the issues of tactical medicine in battle conditions. Before the shooting exercises, the reservists were taught the rules of handling weapons and ammunition, studied the tactical and technical characteristics of the regular small arms.
At the end of the training session, the field training took place: servicemen learned the process of rifle assembling and disassembling, methods of shooting and firing. Together with the border guards, the servicemen rehearsed the detention of an offender at the checkpoint. Also, the reserveists were shown the procedure for blocking a car in case of an attempt of illegal drive through checkpoint.
The training of reservists of Vynogradiv district territorial defense battalion confirmed the high motivation of Transcarpathians for military service and readiness to protect the territorial integrity of Ukraine, – the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported.
