The next week, the Ministry of Human Resources of Hungary will give Transcarpathian region two types of vaccines as a humanitarian aid: 21,600 doses of the five-component Pentaxim vaccine and 15,000 doses of MM-RVAXPRO measles, mumps and rubella vaccine.
– Both vaccines are made in France and certified in Ukraine, – Hennadiy Moskal said. – The price of one dose of Pentaxim is 600 UAH and MM-RVAXPRO is 300 UAH, thus the total cost of the humanitarian aid is UAH 17 million 460 thousand. The medicines will be provided in response to the request from the regional state administration to cover the shortage of vaccines in Transcarpathia. The vaccine recipient is the regional organization of the Red Cross.
In the autumn of this year, Hungary is ready to provide to Transcarpathia an additional amount of vaccines if it is necessary.
