The celebrations attended by Uzhgorod Mayor Bohdan Andriyiv, his deputy Oleksandr Bilak, the deputy mayor of Kosice Renata Lenartova, the authorized representative on the development of cross-border cooperation of the city of Kosice with Ukraine Eduard Burash, took place in the Košice Kulturpark.
In particular, within the framework of the Days of Ukraine in Kosice, there will be a discussion forum on the current situation in Ukraine, the presentation of the Carpathian Euroregion, the expert conference on current trends in education, modernization of local authorities and cross-border potential, "Information day for students from Ukraine in Kosice", during the Slovak-Ukrainian forum, they will discuss, among other things, issues of information and energy security.
The cultural program will be represented by the folk ensemble of the Uzhgorod City Cultural Center and the academic chamber choir "CANTUS", also a gala concert of creative groups from Ukraine and Slovakia will be held. The exhibition of the ILKO Gallery opened in Kosice several days ago.
The fourth "Days of Ukraine in Kosice" on April 19-26 take place under the auspices of the former mayor of Kosice, and now the Vice Prime Minister of Slovakia Richard Rasi and Uzhgorod Mayor Bohdan Andriyiv.
