They wrote about that on their page on Facebook:
"Remember the cartoon about five energetic monkeys that were all over the place? For that’s how they are – children.
..But…
But the world is big and complex. Sometimes life brings hardships that need to be overcome.
We have good friends – the "Turn on the light" youth theater. They recently produced the performance Astroblastoma, in which they talked about two teenagers with cancer. They spent the proceeds from the sale of tickets to create a good mood for children with cancer at the regional children’s hospital. And we, together with the girls from the School of Leadership, went there too. How to describe the experiece? Children, who would love to be playing, running, are forced to stay in treatment for months. One of the patients has been in the hospital for 1.1 years…
We are happy that we managed to make them smile a little. No words will convey the emotions from the realization that these children have no childhood.
That’s why the NGO "Happy Children" and "Turn on the light" call on to become magicians! Let’s get together and give these children a play zone! A rack with toys, books, colorbooks, pencils and various interesting board games is what will allow to distract the kids from the hospital everyday life. Our organization and friends from the "Turn on the light" will take on the bulk of the expenses for the arrangement. But anyone can make a contribution. You can transfer the money to the official account of the organization. Upon completion of the project, we will publish a report on all revenues and expenses.
