Policemen caught a drunk driver from neighboring Ivano-Frankivsk region

In the village of Lazeshchyna in Rakhiv district, officers of the Patrol Police Response Team stopped a drunk driver in a car Niva.

It was a pensioner from a neighboring village in Ivano-Frankivsk region. The Drager showed 1.33 ppm of alcohol in the man’s blood. The police made the appropriate report of administrative offense and seized the driver’s license from the violator.

Officers of the Rakhiv patrol police response team, who were performing duties on the street of the village of Lazeshchyna, noticed a car Niva. The driver was making strange maneuvers on the main road, so they decided to stop him.

The car was driven by a 71-year-old resident of a neighboring village in Ivano-Frankivsk region. The pensioner exhibited signs of alcohol intoxication. In the hospital, 1.33 ppm of alcohol was found in his blood.

The police seized the driver’s license from the driver.

The report of administrative violation for driving under alcohol intoxication (Art.130 of the CAO) will be sent to the court for an appropriate decision to be made.
