On November 17, the annual beauty contest Miss Transcarpathia 2017 took place in Uzhgorod. Alisa Yakovenko from Mukachevo became the winner by the decision of the jury. The first Vice-Miss of the competition is Olena Harasteya from Svalyava. The second Vice Miss is Marianna Belya from Vynogradiv. The third Vice Miss is Andriana Mych from Uzhgorod.
