Is the “Carpathian Sich” worth Transcarpathian candles?

As you know, chauvinism is an extreme form of nationalism, propagation of national superiority; prioritizing interests of one nation above the interests of all other nations, spreading national zeal, stirring up national enmity and hatred.

Thus, stirring up (or not stirring up) national hatred became the key phrase of the "Carpathian Sich" action near the Hungarian Consulate in Uzhgorod. The participants of the action unfurled a banner with the inscription "No to Hungarian chauvinism! Yes to the national fraternity of Ukrainians and Hungarians!" and then lit flares.

According to the organizers, the aim of the action is to prove that the Transcarpathian rights are not chauvinists, but rather seek to find points of contact and understanding with neighboring nations, including Hungarians. There were calls to the revival of traditional Europe and the victory over its enemies – globalists, liberals, capitalists, savage migrants, who want to destroy the indigenous population.

Although in March 2016, during a march on the occasion of the anniversary of the Carpathian Ukraine, organized by the "Carpathian Sich" headed by Taras Deyak, there were slogans "Kill Magyars", which then caused critical reaction of both the local politicians and the Hungarian party.

At the same time, the "Carpathian Sich" headed by Taras Dyak called the announced action in Beregovo organized by the Transcarpathian wing of the "Svoboda" headed by Oleg Kutsyn an "anti-Hungarian action" and dissociated themselves from it.

And today, no point of contact with neighboring nations was seen at all: it seems that those, who want to prove that they are not chauvinists (Transcarpathian rights), are trying to overcome Hungarian chauvinism (as stated on the banners), and then it is not clear: are Hungarians chauvinists in the eyes of the rights, or are we brothers?

So, is the "Carpathian Sich" worth Transcarpathian candles?
