"We are always running somewhere, never have time, because we need to make money, provide the family, and it is very difficult to practice spirituality with such a lifestyle. But the good news is that in this era there are the most effective, simple and pleasant methods of meditation and self-knowledge," – Igor Sas, the meditation instructor says.
Meditation has many effects, including calming of the mind, improving concentration.
The first session of the course will be held on November 11th, on Saturday. The beginning is at 17.00, Shvabska st., 67a (3rd floor, Meditation Room).
