Next year, the “Ukrtelecom” intends to increase communication tariffs

On January 1, 2018, the country’s largest land-line operator "Ukrtelecom" is going to set higher tariffs for land-line communications.

The National Commission on Communication and Informatization Regulation already adopted the decision to increase the limit tariffs for public telecommunication services.

Thus, within a month the relevant decision will be agreed with representatives of trade unions and employers, as well as with state authorities.

The National Commission noted that for city customers, the tariff will increase by 7.3%, and for countryside customers – by 14.5%.

Thus, the basic domestic tariff for city residents will be about 67 UAH, and for village residents – about 63 UAH.
