Officers of the Vynogradiv Police Department opened a criminal proceeding over hooliganism in the district center. The investigation continues.
Today, on October 27, a resident of Vynogradiv reported to the police that unknown persons had damaged his car. The applicant said that at night he had been woken up by a sound that resembled an explosion. The man went out to the yard and saw that the car "Hyundai Santa", which belongs to his wife, was severely damaged.
The investigative team at the scene found out that the car had been damaged by an explosion. Law enforcement officers found out that the unknown persons had used a grenade RGD, expert analysis will establish the exact model of the explosive device. A criminal proceeding over this incident was initiated under Part 4 of Art. 296 of the CCU, that is, hooliganism with the use of firearms or cold weapons or other objects, specially adapted or made for causing bodily harm. Such actions are punishable by imprisonment for a term of three to seven years.
The police are identifying the offenders involved. The applicant assured that he had had no conflicts with anyone and did not suspect anyone in the crime. The investigation continues.
