As part of the celebration of the Day of the Defender of Ukraine, the opening of the Museum of Military Glory took place in the historic Palanok castle. The initiator of the creation of this museum was Anatoliy Hotko, the chairman of the NGO "Art Against War". The main purpose of the museum is to honor the memory of the soldiers who died in the East of Ukraine and to give its visitors a real picture of how our defenders live on the war.
Photos of fallen Heroes, letters, shell fragments, ammunition shells, body armor, helmets, badges, and many other things collected by the ATO participants, volunteers and other people are presented at this museum.
Soldiers of the Mukachevo border guard detachment also took part in the celebrations, and showed the visitors some military equipment used by the State Border Guard Service. The chief of the Mukachevo border guard detachment, Colonel Dudariev R.V. made a speech and wished everyone health and peace, and victory for all those, who are defending integrity and sovereignty of our country.
