Yesterday, October 12, around 4:00 am, Uzhgorod law enforcement officers received a report from a 38-year-old local resident. The man told that on Lev Tolstoy street he had heard sounds similar to gunshots.
At the scene, the police found a pistol "Zoraki" with four cartridges and traces of blood. During the investigation, the police officers found out that a 27-year-old resident of the village of Klyucharky in Mukachevo district had been injured as a result of the incident. He is currently in the hospital.
A criminal case has been opened over the incident under Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Hooliganism). Law enforcers are establishing all the circumstances of the case and identifying persons involved in the incident.
