Today, Hennadiy Moskal together with the leadership of Volovets district took part in the opening of a new asphalt plant built on the outskirts of Volovets by the Turkish road building company Onur Construction International LLC. Today, it is the most powerful plant in Transcarpathia, capable of producing 260 tons of asphalt per hour.
– All asphalt goes to the needs of the Onur LLC, which won the tender for major repairs of the road "Nyzhni Vorota – Volovets – Mizhhirya", – the head of the Regional State Administration reported. – The company is very powerful – the plant began working this morning, and by the end of the day road builders laid a solid layer of asphalt along more than one and a half kilometers from the pass over Volovets in the direction of Nyzhni Vorota. The company has proven itself well in other regions, and has renovated more than a thousand kilometers of roads in Ukraine. And, now they are bulding quality roads in Transcarpathia.
As was already reported, the last major repair of the road "Nyzhni Vorota – Volovets – Mizhhirya" was in 1974. Financing of the current work is carried out at the expense of the "road experiment".
