Transcarpathian rescuerse found in the mountains an 80-year-old Czech who had gotten lost

On August 23, the Rescue Service received a report that a tourist had gotten lost near ​​the mountain Nehrovets (the village of Nehrovets, Mizhhirya district). It was an 80-year-old citizen of the Czech Republic, a resident of Brno. According to the head of the group, who informed the rescuers about the incident, the man decided to take a rest and told the other tourists that he would catch up with them later. However, when he failed to show up after some time, the head of the tourist group called 101.

The search and rescue department of the town of Mizhhirya consisting of 4 rescuers and 1 unit of equipment was sent to search for the lost man. At 12:35, the rescuers found the man in the area of the ​​Brabylets tract, near the village of Kolochava and took him to the village of Synevyr The health status of the tourist is satisfactory, therefore medical aid was not provided.
