The court imposed a pretrail restraint on a Transcarpathian policeman, who demanded 50 thousand dollars for conceaing a frug-related crime

Uzhgorod City and District Court chose a pretrial restraint for an officer of the Vynogradiv Police Department, who is suspected of demanding 50 thousand U.S. dollars for concealing a drug-related crime. This was reported to the UNN by the spokeswoman of Uzhgorod City and District Court Nadiya Geirush.

"The investigative judge has imposed a pretrial restraint in the form of detention with a possibility of bail in the maximum amount for committing a grave crime – 80 times living wage for able-bodied persons, which is about 130,000 UAH." – N. Geirush said.

As the UNN reported, the policeman in Transcarpathia suspected of extortion of 50 thousand dollars for concealing a drug-related crime.
