African swine fever in Mukachevo district: there have been no new cases of pig deaths

As the head of Mukachevo District State Veterinary Hospital Mykhailo Molnar told the Mukachevo.net, currently, no new cases of death of pigs have been recorded.

The results of the analysis of the dead pig from Pavshyno will be ready soon.  All quarantine activities are still ongoing. According to Mykhailo Molnar, they will last 40 days from the detection of the first case.

Recall that the death of a pig from African swine fever was recorded in Mukachevo district in the village of Nyzhniy Koropets. So far, this is the only case in the district. 

Due to the detected fever, local residents of all other settlements are asked to carefully watch their domestic pigs.
