The enclosing columns to prevent vehicles from entering the central pedestrian part of Uzhgorod were installed resently on Nezalezhnist embankment near the cafe "Cacao" and the medical faculty of UzhNU.
Also, on the initiative of Andriana Sushko, the Secretary of the Uzhgorod City Council, a deputy from the constituency in the "Shakhta" neighbourhood, concrete blocks were set on F. Potushnyak (Blagoev) street.
The relevant decision was adopted at the meeting of the road safety and motor transport coordination commission due to numerous complaints about large-size debris, illegal dump, which was made near the waste containers by residents of summer cottages and even other settlements of Uzhgorod district. This was reported by the press service of Uzhgorod City Council.
