The fair of handmade products in Uzhgorod is planned to be made regular.
On June 17, on the initiative of the Movement to support Transcarpathian sodliers, a fair of handmade products took place in Uzhgorod on Sandor Petofi Square where needlewomen presented their products to city residents and visitors.
Ksenia Shokina from the Media Center of UzhNU writes: the weather conditions were not the best, but it did not stop the enthusiasts: almost twenty masters gathered in the square to trade: there were handmade soaps, products made of coffee, magnets, boxes and decorations for every taste, toys and even goodies.
One of the stalls was, of course, with volunteers: they organized the mini-fair for craftsmen and used this opportunity to earn money for the needs of the soldiers. The coordinator of the Movement Galina Yartseva says that they plan to make such fairs in Uzhgorod regular.
This practice not only demonstrates the strong creative union of the volunteers and masters, but also makes it possible to create another interesting event for the city, which will have a charitable purpose and can be a nice attraction, because the products of the masters are made with love, and such events as these mini-fairs have positive atmosphere of creativity, communication and kindness.
