Debts for gas Transcarpathia exceed 1.4 billion

As of the beginning of June, the total amount of debts of consumers in Transcarpathian region for natural gas is UAH 1 billion 423 million 715.52 thousand.

– Of that, actual consumers’ debt is 665 million 34 thousand hryvnia – Hennadiy Moskal said. – Most of the debt, namely 758 million 680,8 thousand hryvnia account for benefits and subsidies payable.

This means that the program of benefits and subsidies for gas works only on paper, the government does not allocate actual money for that.
