Irshava police arrested a drunk driver for the fourth time

At midnight, on Shevchenko street in Irshava, right next to the police station, policemen stopped a car "Nissan" with foreign registration. 

The car was driven by a 23-year-old resident of the village of Hreblya in Irshava district. The man did not have a driver’s license, because it had been seized from him by a court decision for driving while being intoxicated. This time, he was driving drunk again: in the district hospital, 0.05 ppm of alcohol was found in his blood.

Based on the doctor’s findings, patrol policemen drew against the offender a report of administrative violation for repeated driving while being intoxicated. The car was taken to the impound lot.

This young man has been caught driving while intoxicated four times for the past 4 months. Including the last fine, the offender will have to pay a total of about 110,000 UAH! And he does not seem to have learnt the lesson…
